As part of our In the Garden topic, P2/3 have been observing the magical life cycle of a butterfly in our classroom over the past few weeks. We were so excited to see each stage of the life cycle from tiny caterpillars to chrysalises and finally into beautiful butterflies! This week we celebrated the big moment - releasing our beautiful butterflies out into the world! The children were so excited to gently let them go and say goodbye! We hope to see them around the playground in the coming weeks! 🌸 🦋
