Many congratulations to the boys and girls who were presented with their Ethna Nolan Literacy Awards by Ethna’s daughters, Maura and Sheila. Mrs Nolan was a past principal of our school, and the awards in her name are very kindly presented by Maura and Sheila to mark Mrs Nolan’s great love of literature and encourage today’s generation of children, just as Mrs Nolan did.
