Sports Day – Friday 23rd May at Annsborough Pitch

Dear Parents and Guardians,

Just a reminder that our Sports Day will take place this Friday, 23rd May, weather permitting, at Annsborough pitch.

• Arrival Time: Please arrive by 9:00 am as we aim to start promptly.
• Collection Time: Pupils should be collected at approximately 12:00 noon.
• Arrival Instructions: Pupils should join their class group upon arrival.
• Sun Protection: Sun cream may be applied before arriving if necessary.
• Weather Contingency: Should the weather prevent Sports Day from going ahead, parents will be informed via the school messenger service.

This year, we are delighted to welcome Bee Active Sports, who will be assisting with the event by providing a programme of games alongside our regular races.

Additional Information:

• Ice Cream & Tuck Shop: Ice cream will be provided by the Aughlisnafin Club, who will also have a tuck shop on site selling drinks, snacks, and treats.
• What to Bring: Pupils may wish to bring a small break and a bottle of water.
• Playpark Use: Please note that the playpark next to the pitch is under parental supervision only.
• Parental Attendance: Parents are very welcome to attend and cheer on the children!
